Ways to access food
The Farm
Our 1.5-acre urban farm provides free, fresh food for community members. The front half of the garden contains individually rented garden beds, but you are welcome to harvest any produce north of the pavilion, beginning at the orchard. Beginning in Spring 2027, we will host community harvest days where we will assist you in harvesting produce and weigh it before you go! This will help us with tracking our impact and ensuring we do not lose crops to damage during harvesting. Harvest dates and times TBD.
Farm Stand (July - October)
Every Friday from 12–3 PM during the growing season, we harvest fresh produce from the farm and offer it free of charge. Donations are appreciated if you’re able to contribute, but never required. The FarmStand is currently closed for the season.
Community Based Distribution
As we prepare for 2027, our goal is to identify avenues of food distribution to neighbors who cannot make their way to the Farm or FarmStand. We plan to collaborate with local leaders, community spaces, and partner organizations to make this possible. If you have ideas for collaboration, please email us at Helpusgrow@victorygardeninitiative.org. We are particularly interested in distributions to senior centers!
